RestaurantOwner.com was founded in 1998 by Jim Laube. With a diverse food service background beginning in high school, Jim has held positions in the restaurant industry as a server, bartender, manager, controller and CFO. Today, Jim is focused on creating resources and training programs that support the creation of more independent restaurant success stories.
